Everett “Sonny” Gagnon

Everett “Sonny” Gagnon passed peacefully at The Cottage of Litchfield Hills in Torrington
on January 27. He was 94 years old. Everyone who knew him, knew him as Sonny. He was the son of the late Clayton and Violet Gagnon of Torrington. He was the brother of the late Jean Funk, and June Williams of Torrington and Florida. He was married to the late Marie Lovallo for 64 years and they raised their family in Harwinton. He is survived by his son,
Todd Everett Gagnon of New York, N.Y. , his daughter, Kim Gagnon Brady of Sterling, Virginia and his two grandchildren, Grace and Caroline Brady. He served in World War II
for as an airplane hydraulics mechanic. Sonny was employed by The Patterson Oil Company of Torrington for over 53 years. He was a member of the Immaculate Heart Church in Harwinton. Services were held Saturday, June 11 at Immaculate Heart Church in Harwinton. Precedingthe Mass there was a burial ceremonyat the grave of his wife,
